At HP Inc., we’re reinventing how product imagery is created through advanced CG pipelines and emerging AI‑assisted workflows. As an CG Producer, you will apply deep subject‑matter expertise in CG asset workflows, technical project management, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver high‑quality, accurate, and scalable computer‑generated imagery for HP’s Personal Systems portfolio.

You will lead complex CG production initiatives, evaluate multi‑factor inputs, and exercise independent judgment to shape workflows, improve processes, and influence how HP produces imagery at global scale. This role requires a highly skilled operator who can manage complexity, anticipate risks, and guide partners through evolving production models.

Key Responsibilities

Technical CG Production Leadership

  • Lead end‑to‑end CG imagery production across laptops, desktops, and PC accessories, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and timely delivery.

  • Apply advanced knowledge of CG pipelines, CAD/GP file structures, rendering workflows, and asset dependencies to solve complex production challenges.

  • Serve as the subject‑matter expert for CG asset readiness, configuration accuracy, and technical input validation.

AI‑Assisted Imagery Workflow Ownership

  • Drive adoption and optimization of AI‑assisted imagery creation workflows, including preparing structured inputs, schedules, and file packages for automated systems.

  • Evaluate output quality, identify systemic issues, and collaborate with partners to refine AI‑driven production methods.

Advanced Project Management

  • Own Workfront (WF) project planning, intake, routing, and submission of final assets with expert‑level rigor and accuracy.

  • Lead multi‑workstream schedules, manage dependencies, and resolve complex bottlenecks requiring in‑depth evaluation of multiple factors.

  • Establish and refine production policies, workflow standards, and best practices.

Cross‑Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead coordination with Worldwide Marketing, GBUs, regional teams, and internal creative partners to align on imagery needs, launch timelines, and configuration requirements.

  • Represent the CG production function in cross‑functional initiatives, providing expert guidance and influencing decision‑making.

  • Facilitate stakeholder reviews, synthesize feedback, and ensure revisions are implemented with precision.

Asset Governance & Metadata Management

  • Oversee CG asset tagging, metadata accuracy, and archival processes within HP’s digital asset management (DAM) systems.

  • Ensure structured documentation, version control, and compliance with global brand and technical standards.

Process Improvement & Policy Development

  • Identify workflow gaps, propose new methods, and lead process improvements that increase scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.

  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on CG workflows, PM best practices, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Required Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience in CG production, VFX pipelines, technical project management, or digital asset workflows.

  • Demonstrated expertise with CG file types, CAD/GP files, rendering pipelines, or structured 3D asset workflows.

  • Proven ability to lead complex projects requiring multi‑factor analysis and independent judgment.

  • Experience managing high‑volume production cycles with strict accuracy and configuration requirements.

  • Strong proficiency with Workfront or similar enterprise PM tools.

  • Experience collaborating with engineering, product marketing, and creative teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in AI‑assisted imagery creation or automated content workflows.

  • Background in product marketing, hardware ecosystems, or configuration‑driven content production.

  • Familiarity with DAM systems, metadata standards, and structured asset governance.

  • Experience influencing cross‑functional teams and contributing to policy or workflow development.

Develops new ideas and methods to support next‑generation imagery production

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
