Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute 4P strategic planning activities, including product portfolio planning and product transition management, to maintain and enhance market competitiveness.

2. Collaborate with the North America Geo team to build a customized desktop product portfolio and align transition plans to support business growth objectives.

3. Analyze market data and business trends to identify key growth opportunities and provide logical, data-driven recommendations.

4. Manage funding support for business deals, track quarterly performance, and evaluate program effectiveness and return on investment.

5. Partner with cross-functional teams to fulfill daily product management and operational requirements, ensuring efficient business execution.

6. Collect and share market intelligence and competitive insights with internal stakeholders to support informed business and product decisions.

7. Own and monitor commercial business performance, including P\&L management, business management system (BMS) governance, and performance tracking.

8. Drive business targets by monitoring program execution, identifying risks, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement improvement and mitigation plans.

9. Review business assumptions, analyze performance metrics, and work with regional teams to improve inventory management, operational efficiency, and business health indicators.

10. Closely track order trends, shipment status, and key operational metrics at the product level to support business planning and execution.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience in the PC industry or a related technology sector, with a strong understanding of product management, business operations, and commercial performance management.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI, with the ability to analyze data and present business insights effectively.

3. Strong analytical capabilities, including experience using strategic frameworks, business analysis, financial modeling, and P\&L management concepts to support decision-making.

4. Ability to interpret market trends, business performance data, and operational metrics to identify opportunities and drive business improvements.

5. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.

6. Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to engage professionally with global stakeholders.

7. Flexibility to collaborate across different time zones and support global business operations as required.

8. Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership, adaptability, teamwork, and a commitment to achieving broader business objectives.
