Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a proactive, analytical student eager to learn for a part-time, hybrid role (3 days offce 2 days Home Office) in the Santa Fe area  to work part-time in a hybrid arrangement in the Santa Fe area

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, update, and distribute reports on sales, inventory, commercial performance, and business metrics.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and indicators in Power BI.
  • Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Consolidate information from various internal and external sources to prepare executive analyses.
  • Support the automation of reports and analytical processes to increase operational efficiency.
  • Perform data quality and consistency validations.
  • Prepare presentations and executive reports for sales and management teams.
  • Participate in projects involving market analysis, channel performance, and tracking of strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with different areas of the organization to address information and analysis requests.
  • Document processes and methodologies related to data management and report generation
Requirements

Academic Background

  • Currently enrolled student in the final semesters of:

  • Industrial Engineering

  • Systems Engineering

  • Actuarial Science

  • Economics

  • Business Administration

  • Data Science

  • Computer Science / Informatics

Knowledge

  • Academic or professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or report generation is desirable.

  • Experience developing projects in Power BI is considered an advantage.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel:

  • Pivot tables

  • Dashboards

  • Advanced functions

  • Power Query (desirable)

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power BI:

  • Data modeling

  • DAX

  • Data visualization

  • Dashboard publishing and maintenance

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating executive presentations.

  • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL (desirable).

  • Familiarity with data analysis and automation tools (desirable).
