This is an exciting Senior Client Account Manager opportunity in the Pinterest Australia Enterprise team where you will be tasked to nurture existing and establish new relationships across some of our biggest retail accounts, as well as some new activation/growth opportunities. As such, this CAM will thrive working with a variety of customers: from highly complex, large organisations who we have long standing partnerships with, to brands/agencies who may be less familiar with Pinterest.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver sales targets through key account management. 
  • Provide your clients with optimisations and recommendations to ensure campaign success using insights and campaign reporting to build your recommendations. 
  • Deliver a high volume of customer facing engagements/meetings.
  • Determine short and long range sales revenue plans and track progress closely via account management, optimisations and upsells. 
  • Represent Pinterest with a high level of integrity and knowledge, acting as an advisor to your clients and their media agencies. 
  • Manage existing and develop new relations with clients and media agencies in person and virtually. 
  • Work with some of Australia’s largest Enterprise brands.
  • Strong internal collaboration skills working with your peers support teams such as measurement, creative strategy to deliver against client needs/goals. 

What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years experience in digital, social or media agencies.
  • Understanding of ad platforms such as Pinterest Ads Manager or similar.
  • Experience working closely with brands and agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet/surpass sales targets and generate revenues.
  • Strong analytical/insights abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through.
  • Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and present both over the phone and in person.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

In-Office Requirement Statement

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from our Sydney office.
