Change Specialist, Deliverty Partner Manager

Amazon is seeking a Change Specialist for our Delivery Partner Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of changes across Amazon's Delivery Service Partners.
Key job responsibilities
-Execute assigned tasks within cross-functional change programs, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to standard
-Follow established change management procedures, frameworks, and templates consistently
-Maintain accurate records in change management tools (e.g., trackers, request logs, Asana boards) and ensure data hygiene
-Support information gathering for change prioritization by compiling data, pulling reports, and organizing inputs
A day in the life
1- Tracking and progressing change requests through the pipeline, ensuring each request is logged accurately, stakeholders are notified, and SLAs are met at every stage of the approval process.
2-Monitoring change implementation status across DSP accounts, updating trackers, flagging delays or blockers, and escalating risks to the Change Manager for resolution.
3- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, align on timelines, and ensure change readiness before go-live.

Amazon's Delivery Partner Management team is responsible for managing all Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across networks across the region. They manage the DSP relationship across the entire lifecycle of the business. As trusted advisors, they work alongside DSPs to help solve their biggest challenges, influence their business planning and strategy, identify obstacles and recommend solutions, ensuring DSP owners make effective business decisions and are set up for success.

Basic Qualifications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Bachelor's degree
