Carrier Manager (Polish Language), AFPTransportation | CM MEU Team

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized self-starter to join as a Carrier Manager (CM) for the Middle Mile team to manage Linehaul Service Provider (LSP) relationships and ensure they are set up to succeed.
The ideal candidate is customer obsessed, highly organized, works effectively with internal and external contacts, has the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoys the challenges of developing and improving processes in a dynamic organization. The successful candidate will also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, superior attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Moreover, readiness to conduct business travels (10%) and the ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous areas is imperative.

- Provide best in class coaching for LSPs, including the ability to interpret data, monitor performance and compliance
- Develop and maintain strong and long-term relationships with LSPs, serving as their voice within the Amazon ecosystem
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on diverse projects for continuous program improvements
- Adeptly manage operational challenges and develop long-term solutions

Basic Qualifications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Polish
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience in supply chain
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
