Buyer
Amazon is hiring a Buyer to be based in one of our corporate offices in Barcelona. As a Buyer you will be the functional support to the Fulfillment Center (FC) Procurement network for operational and administrative tasks. You will take care of the daily execution of purchasing orders and/or documents creation, delivery tracking and escalation, invoice and supplier master data management and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
Process daily purchase requisitions, remedy tickets and web requisitions
Process invoice queries and reconciliation
Administrate Purchase Order process
Set up and maintain supplier master data for procurement network
Proactively manage and decrease the number of invoices on hold (IOH), ensuring a robust procure-to-pay process.
A day in the life
As a Buyer you will be expected to meet the service level agreements (SLA) for standard tasks (e.g. PR/PO, ticket resolving...) and other assigned project targets and objectives. You will also be the point of contact with some outside vendors/manufacturers.

Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge in MS Office – in particular MS Excel
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, ORACLE, Coupa) in large organizations
- Advanced proficiency in English (B2/C1 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR).
- Advanced proficiency in Japaneses (B2/C1 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in shared service centers
- Formal business administration or procurement qualification required Bachelor degree
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment, good time management
