Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the analysis of Key Metrics.
  • Responsible for MOR and drive the initiatives owners.
  • Run reports and analysis for Warranty, Gross Margins and other key indicators.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of management reports.
  • Responsible for SPR process including CAPEX, Expenses, Project, NPIs and Department indicators.
  • Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to Department Manager
  • Identify opportunities, risks, and trends, and provide regular updates to the management team
  • Provide early alerts, insights, and necessary mitigation plans
  • Lead the analytical design of processes and reports to support revenue projection and goals
  • Digitize processes and reports for timely, accurate, and actionable reporting 
  • Proliferate standardized analytical frameworks and reports to new businesses
  • Execute management direction for programs related to key business operations to meet strategic goals within defined timelines
  • Serve as analytical lead for major or large‑scale projects involving cross‑functional teams such as product transfers 
  • Work collaboratively with others to translate data into “1+1=3” business opportunities
  • Act as focal point for analytical escalation to solve problems, remove barriers, and drive efficiencies across topline, inventory optimization, and assigned deliverables
  • Lead structured problem‑solving, apply judgment and discretion to develop solutions, remove obstacles, and redefine approaches
  • Represent the assigned COE by synthesizing insights and managing upward and downward information flow within the team and cross‑functional stakeholders to achieve objectives
Qualifications
  • Strong advanced analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated analytical leadership, with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership; able to operate effectively and lead through ambiguity and dynamic conditions
  • Proven ability to apply outside‑in business, market, and industry insights to anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and influence strategic and operational decisions
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex analytical initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while leading and mentoring analysts and collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
  • Proven capability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and analytical deliverables concurrently, ensuring quality and timeliness
  • Meticulous, discreet, and highly professional, with a strong work ethic and willingness to support critical business needs and time‑sensitive deliverables
