Business Process Rep

Responsibilities 

• Focuses on process standardization, performance tracking, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes. 

• Support design, standardization, and continuous improvement of business and sales processes 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and objectives 

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure execution alignment 

• Manage and track key sales operations activities including pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data governance 

• Generate business insights through data analysis, reporting dashboards, and KPI tracking 

• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations.  

• Assist in business planning, performance reviews, and identification of growth opportunities 

Key Skills: 

• Strong understanding of business processes and sales operations 

• Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting 

• Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and BI tools (Power BI, etc.) 

• Ability to work with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards. 

• Process improvement and problem-solving skills 

• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities 

• Attention to detail and execution rigor 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred) with 5 years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or process management.
