In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google’s users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. We achieve this by meeting partners and consumers where they are with support and help, representing their needs with our product partners and proposing fixes and features that elevate their engagement with Google's diverse product ecosystem. Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration, and more).

The mission of the Platforms and Devices team in gUP is to support users (end users, partners, small businesses, etc.) for Google’s consumer products and services such as Pixel, Google Fi, Home and Health, Google Store, Google subscriptions as well as Google Store.

As the Business Lead for product experience across Google Store, Fi, Google One and Photos, you will analyze the support experience holistically to connect support operating strategy and operating metrics to overarching business and customer goals across multiple business models. You will prepare strategy materials for senior executives, review business context, and identify best practices to cross-pollinate with cross-functional teams. You will also understand AI workflows and transformation from a scaled, organizational perspective.

In this role, you will interact with senior leadership across multiple functions, understand operations and develop narrative formulation.

Google creates products and services that make the world a better place, and gTech’s role is to help bring them to life. Our teams of trusted advisors support customers globally. Our solutions are rooted in our technical skill, product expertise, and a thorough understanding of our customers’ complex needs.
