Description and Requirements

岗位职责

1. 负责联想服务器产品BMC/RMC固件的设计、开发、调试及维护工作，打造高可靠、高性能的管理控制平台。

2. 负责服务器及整柜管理功能的设计与实现，推动机柜级资源管理、监控、运维及自动化管理能力建设。

3. 参与OpenBMC平台架构演进与功能开发，持续优化系统性能、稳定性与可维护性。

4. 研究并实现基于BMC/RMC的智能散热管理方案，包括温度监控、风扇控制、功耗优化及热管理策略设计。

5. 深入分析服务器启动、运行及异常场景问题，通过日志、Trace及调试工具定位并解决系统级问题。

6. 与硬件、BIOS、系统软件及产品团队紧密合作，推动软硬件协同设计与技术创新。

岗位要求

1. 计算机、电子工程、自动化、软件工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。

2. 5年以上服务器、嵌入式系统或底层软件研发经验。

3. 具备扎实的软件开发能力，熟悉Linux开发环境，熟练掌握C/C++。

4. 技术经验（满足以下一个或多个方向）

-BMC固件开发经验，熟悉ASPEED等主流BMC SoC平台；

-基于OpenBMC平台的架构设计、功能开发及性能优化经验；

-BMC SoC底层架构及硬件接口开发经验；

-RMC或数据中心管理产品开发经验；

-服务器、机柜散热管理及功耗优化相关经验。

5. 专业技能

-熟悉I2C、SPI、UART、GPIO、IPMI、Redfish等底层接口与管理协议；

-能够阅读原理图、硬件设计文档并进行软硬件联合调试；

-具备系统级问题分析能力，能够基于日志、Core Dump、Trace等工具快速定位问题；

-熟悉服务器架构及数据中心基础设施者优先。

6. 加分项

-参与过OpenBMC社区开发并有代码贡献；

-具备服务器电源、散热或能源管理相关项目经验；

-熟悉Kubernetes、数据中心运维管理平台或AI服务器管理架构；

-具有大型服务器厂商或数据中心基础设施研发经验。
