Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the Business Operations strategic roadmap by translating organizational priorities into clear initiatives, milestones, and implementation plans that drive operational excellence and long-term business growth.

Design, implement, and continuously improve business performance management frameworks, including defining meaningful KPIs, establishing governance mechanisms, monitoring execution, and providing data-driven insights to ensure business objectives are achieved.

Build and manage effective cross-functional communication and collaboration mechanisms across internal organizations and external stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships that enable efficient decision-making, alignment, and successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Own and optimize end-to-end third-party operational processes and governance, ensuring robust process controls, policy compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement across business operations.

Lead the automation and controls of the Purchasing Card (P-Card) program, partnering closely with Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and key business stakeholders to define policies, standardize processes, strengthen internal controls, and drive operational efficiency.

Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate business processes by leveraging digital technologies, workflow automation, and AI-powered solutions to improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and enhance the employee experience.

Lead operational transformation initiatives focused on process optimization, operational governance, and continuous improvement using industry best practices and Lean methodologies where applicable.

Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and business reviews that provide leadership with actionable insights, operational performance metrics, risks, and recommendations.

Ensure operational compliance with corporate policies, financial controls, and governance requirements while proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks.

Drive a culture of innovation, operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization. 

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is preferred.

5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Process Excellence, Strategy, Finance Operations, or a related function within a global organization.

Proven experience developing operational strategies, driving cross-functional initiatives, and executing large-scale business transformation projects.

Strong expertise in process design, operational governance, internal controls, KPI development, and performance management.

Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships across Finance, Procurement, Operations, IT, and business leadership.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.

Experience with business process automation, workflow optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.

Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify practical use cases that improve operational efficiency.

Excellent project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

Outstanding communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Strong business acumen with a continuous improvement mindset and customer-focused approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms is a plus.

Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable for collaboration with local and regional stakeholders.
