Description and Requirements
岗位职责
1、负责 AI Agent 系统核心模块的研发，包括 Agent runtime、工具调用框架、session 管理、任务调度等
2、设计和实现 Agent 系统的高可用架构，保障系统稳定性、可扩展性和性能
3、负责 Agent 系统的监控告警体系建设，包括 P0 故障响应、MTTR 优化、故障复盘
4、参与 Agent 系统的 CI/CD 流程建设，推动自动化测试覆盖率和部署效率提升
与架构师协作，将架构设计落地为高质量的工程实现，参与技术方案评审；
5、负责系统性能优化，包括推理延迟、并发吞吐、资源利用率等关键指标。
岗位要求
1、必须具备
3 年以上后端开发经验，熟悉 Python 或 Java/Go 中至少一门语言
有 AI 系统或 Agent 系统的工程实践经验，理解 LLM tool call/function call、多模态LLM调用、流式输出、异步任务处理等
熟悉常见的中间件和基础设施：Redis、消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ）、关系型数据库
有良好的工程素养：代码可读性、单元测试、文档习惯
理解分布式系统的基本概念：CAP、一致性、幂等性、限流熔断
2、加分项：
有向量数据库（Qdrant、Chroma、Weaviate）的使用和调优经验
熟悉 Docker/Kubernetes，有容器化部署和运维经验
有 Agent 系统性能优化经验（推理加速、批处理、缓存策略）
有 WebSocket/SSE 等实时通信协议的开发经验
有AI Vibe Coding全栈开发实践经验
对OpenClaw、Hermes等典型Harness代表性产品有实际的范式化应用
