Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 负责业务数据挖掘、用户画像、智能推荐、风险识别、数据分析建模等算法落地工作，支撑业务增长、风控、智能运营体系建设。

2. 独立完成数据探索、特征工程、模型训练、效果迭代、上线运维，端到端推进算法项目落地。

3. 结合业务场景，熟练运用主流AI大模型、生成式AI技术，赋能业务自动化、智能化升级，搭建AI辅助业务解决方案。

4. 跨团队对接产品、研发、业务、数据团队，持续对齐需求、输出方案、跟进效果，推动算法价值落地。

5. 跟进行业前沿算法与AI技术，持续优化模型效果、迭代算法体系，沉淀可复用的算法工具与AI能力。

岗位要求：

1. 本科/研究生及以上学历，工作经验3年以上。

2. 研发基础扎实：熟练掌握 Python/Java、常用机器学习、深度学习算法，熟悉数据结构与算法，具备完整算法项目开发、调优、上线经验；熟悉大数据计算引擎、特征工程、模型迭代流程。

3. AI运用能力强：熟练掌握大模型应用、Prompt工程、Agent/智能体、RAG、微调等AI落地技术，能够结合业务独立设计、搭建、优化AI场景解决方案，具备真实AI项目落地经验优先。

3. 英语能力优秀：具备良好的英文阅读、理解能力，可熟练查阅英文技术文档、跟进前沿技术，可支撑英文工作沟通者优先。

4. 沟通协调能力突出：逻辑清晰、表达高效，具备较强的跨团队协作、需求拆解、项目推进能力，能主动推动问题闭环、对齐多方资源。
