Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1.负责平板电脑/外围设备的系统设计和技术开发项目管理。带领项目团队完成项目关键指标，确保产品能及时和高质量交付市场。

2.能基于竞争产品分析和产品研究， 带领开发团队基于目标客户和场景要求完成技术评估，提供有竞争力产品总体设计方案和创新方案。

3.负责项目硬件整体进度、成本、质量管理，优化研发开发流程，提高研发效率。

4.负责跨部门和各项目关键团队成员的沟通以及问题快速解决。

5.有创新思维，敢于挑战激进目标支持研发和平板业务战略。

岗位要求：

1. 本科以上学历，电子、通信或机械工程等相关专业； 有电子硬件，结构等开发工作经验背景

2. 有平板/手机等硬件产品项目开发和管理经验，熟悉项目管理工作方法。

3. 有目标使命感和责任感，有较强的团队沟通能力和目标驱动能力。

4. 有良好的英语沟通和表达能力
