Description and Requirements
工作职责
采购生态寻源：
负责智能辅助驾驶域控制器ADCU、座舱域控制器 Headunit，或其他车身域控 系统设备的原材料采购寻源工作。主要偏向电子类半导体物料。需要负责供应商资源寻找，RFQ与报价处理，价格谈判，合同签署，供应商关系维护，分类原材料供应商管理策略等
负责与集团内部的跨部门采购部门协作，共同推进采购寻源定点，成本改善，价格信息收集等工作。例如全球采购平台的相关产品线采购团队，以及ODM工厂的采购团队等
与零件工程师配合，改善BOM零件选型策略，BOM优化，变更管理，成本分析与优化，VAVE等工作
供应链运营：
参与新业务/项目报价流程，负责报价过程中的BOM成本信息收集整理，并与成本经理配合工作，持续优化改善
负责收集整理周报、月报等供应链相关会议资料。主持并整理会议纪要以及待办项，并跟踪落实。
协同研发、质量、运营等部门，优化供应链相关的流程、规范、体系，持续优化成本并改善部门工作效率
任职要求
学历与专业
计算机、软件工程、电子工程、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历
工作经验
8 年以上汽车电子行业采购、经营、运营等端到端的业务相关经验
其中至少 5 年以上智能座舱或智能辅助驾驶产品相关企业工作经验
技术技能
精通汽车电子行业采购流程，包含供应商开发，选型，报价，定点，合同签署等
精通汽车电子行业客户报价流程，包含BOM成本，生产费用，研发设备分摊等。同时理解Business Case核算规则，具备一定的财务知识
熟练掌握Office，如Excel制表制图，PPT编制与美化等
软技能
具备出色的逻辑思维、问题分析与解决能力
具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够有效推动跨团队项目进展
加分项
具备SAP系统操作经验
具备业务导向的经营和运营工作经验，例如business case分析与报告等
