Description and Requirements

岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：

1. 负责射频电路原理图设计、PCB堆叠布局设计，以及前期链路预算工作；

2. 负责射频驱动配置工作，并进行性能验证测试；

3. 负责射频指标调测（涵盖2G/3G/4G/5G/WIFI/GNSS收发指标），解决量产过程中的生产相关问题，并配合天线工程师验证整机射频性能；

4. 协同各相关部门完成终端产品的整机射频指标、Desense、EMC、可靠性等测试；

5. 负责CE/FCC/PTCRB/GCF等认证相关问题的处理。

岗位要求/Job Requirements：

1. 具备5年以上手机射频开发经验；

2. 熟悉手机射频电路，了解GSM、WCDMA、LTE、5GNR等射频指标及标准，有QC、MTK 5G平台调试经验者优先；

3. 掌握desense调试方法，有EMC/desense调试经验者优先；

4. 掌握射频驱动配置，有QC、MTK 5G平台经验者优先；

5. 熟练使用ADS等软件进行射频电路仿真；
