Description and Requirements

职责描述：

1. 扫描学术动态，了解集团重点技术方向的科研动态和专家信息。

2. 与研发团队共同孵化合作项目，完成相关合作协议签订，管理项目重要节点。

3. 通过创新故事、研讨会、技术发布会等举措，开展内外部宣传推广。

4. 开展丰富学术活动，持续强化企业与高校的技术创新生态。

5. 领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. 计算机、电子、自动化等相关专业硕士及以上学历，对技术底层有扎实理解，了解各类新兴技术概念与应用。

2. 3年及以上信息领域产学研合作、技术投资或生态合作经验，有使用数据分析或AI工具进行技术情报扫描、项目管理的成功实践者优先。

3. 能无障碍切换学术、商业、技术三种话语体系，能高效产出清晰、有说服力的文档。

4. 熟练使用至少一种AI大模型工具提升日常工作效率。

5. 具有较强的责任心、团队合作精神与快速学习、高效迭代的能力。
