Description and Requirements

岗位职责：
1. 大模型算法研发与优化
负责语言模型及多模态大模型的后训练与效果调优，包括监督微调、对齐优化等；探索模型压缩、推理加速等技术，提升模型效果、鲁棒性与推理效率。
2. 智能体系统研发
负责Agent全链路能力建设，包括上下文工程、记忆管理、工具调用、复杂任务流编排及多Agent协同；构建Agent评估与可观测体系，持续优化任务完成率和交付质量。
3. 前沿技术复现与落地
跟踪LLM、Agent、多模态等方向的前沿技术，快速复现并验证其在业务场景中的可行性和落地价值。
4. 算法工程化与技术沉淀
参与方案设计、数据构建、模型训练、评估、部署及迭代优化，沉淀技术文档、实验报告和最佳实践。

岗位要求：

1. 学历与经验
硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、数学等相关专业；3年以上AI/NLP/多模态模型研发经验，有LLM或Agent项目实战经验。
2. 技术能力
精通Python，熟悉Linux开发环境，具备良好的算法实现、调试、部署及工程交付能力；
熟悉Transformer架构及主流开源大模型，了解大模型后训练、对齐优化、模型评估和推理优化流程；
深入理解Agent Loop、ReAct、ToolUse、Skills、MCP、Multi-Agent等技术范式，具备Agent Harness使用和搭建经验；
3. 综合素质
具备良好的系统设计、问题解决、跨团队协作和文档能力；关注AI前沿技术，具备较强的学习能力、产品意识和业务落地能力。
