Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1.制定项目进度、成本、质量和人力资源等计划，确保计划可行可落地，具备很高的落地能力和执行力；

2.能完成耳机类/充电类产品/智能硬件从需求到生产交付全流程管控，从0-1的开发，包括不限于需求拉通/研发聚焦解决/生产交付物料管控/全视角拉通整体卡点；

3.完成项目后，具备总结复盘的能力，能抓取业务开展中的共性问题，并通过流程总结实践提取，实现深度问题闭环；

4.承接紧急项目例如转产等突发事件应对能力。

岗位要求：

1.理工科专业优先，10年以上消费类电子产品项目管理经验；

2.具备消费类产品0-1开发经验，完整理解IPD开发流程；

3.能主动思考，会抓重点，能处理复杂沟通路径和难点问题的拉通解决。
