Description and Requirements
岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：
1. 结构仿真分析：开展结构分析相关的仿真工作（涵盖静力学与动力学），包括材料非线性力学（塑性、粘弹性、超弹性）以及材料失效与损伤力学；
2. 结构优化：负责手机及零部件（包括折叠屏、转轴和PCB）的结构可靠性风险评估，借助仿真手段分析、验证并解决产品开发中的可靠性问题，优化设计方案,缩短开发周期；
3. 跟进生产和实验，识别仿真与测试间的差异和关键因素，并完成相关仿真对标工作；
4. 材料测试和本构开发：洞察行业内新材料的发展趋势，参与新材的测试与开发，完成试验与仿真对标，提升仿真精度；
5. 以提升结构优化效率为目标，参与二次开发，参数化优化设计，CAE+AI融合应用等。
岗位要求/Job Requirements：
1. 具备扎实的力学理论基础，熟练使用仿真软件Abaqus/Hypermesh等，
有编程能力或复杂材料（如透明胶、凝胶、硅胶等）的测试与开发经验者优先；
2. 深耕消费电子行业（手机及零部件、耳机、手表等）仿真，
具备参数化仿真、联合优化软件使用、CAE+AI融合应用经验者优先;
3. 学习能力强，能高效沟通协作，具备较强的抗压能力、执行力与交付意识。
