About the Role

Join our team as a Remote Team Assistant, supporting senior leaders and business teams across multiple countries and time zones. You'll play a key role in executive support, travel coordination, event planning, and day-to-day business operations. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and events across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate domestic/international travel and expense reporting (Concur).
  • Support purchasing and payments through SAP.
  • Handle administrative, budget, and vendor coordination activities.
  • Manage office equipment, assets, and inventory tracking.
  • Act as a key liaison with stakeholders across regions and functions (HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Facilities).
  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives and leadership teams.

Qualifications

  • Advanced student or graduate in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Advanced or fluent English proficiency is required.
  • German language skills are considered a strong plus.
  • Previous experience supporting senior managers, directors, or executive-level leaders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Concur is preferred.
