Area Manager, Quick Commerce F FCenter-FIXED
Amazon Operations primarily consist of Inventory planning & supply chain, warehouse management, transportation, 3P seller order fulfillment, customer returns & customer service. The tasks handled by operations have a direct impact on customer experience with Amazon. You will work with the Leadership team at to improve existing systems or processes or devise new ways and reduce defects to serve Amazon’s customers better. You will be required to analyze data, interact with cross functional teams, recommend and pilot improvements that will help us serve our customers better, in line with our goal to be the Earth’s Most Customer Centric Company.
Key job responsibilities
Managing in and out of the overall Ops for a Produce hub in Sonipat managed by a 3P partner, and working in sync with partner teams like coordinating with S&OP team for load balancing and future plan requirement, to adequately prepare the operation to meet business needs. Interacts with the transportation team to enable smooth operations at outbound, ensuring steady flow and timely dispatch of customer orders, works with SC team on ensuring overall high bar on business continuity and expansion Ø Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to enable functional areas to meet and exceed business plan. Ø Takes proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments and among the network. Works on improving process efficiency and setting up new process required for site operation. Works closely with the 3P partner to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their area, as well as providing needed support and resources for other initiatives. Able to address operational and personnel issues affecting functional area. Surface issues with potential to affect multiple functional areas, along with ideas for solutions and share the same with relevant stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
