Key Responsibilities
Product Implementation and Management - Software Development and Configuration:
- Designs, develops, and tests software solutions, with limited supervision.
- Writes code and scripts, with limited supervision.
- Debugs and troubleshoots minimally complex software issues.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams on software projects.
Product Implementation and Management - Technical Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
- Identifies and resolves technical issues, with limited guidance.
- Analyzes system logs and error messages, with limited guidance.
- Investigates and diagnoses standard software problems.
- Implements solutions to prevent further issues.
Product Implementation and Management - Technical Support and Maintenance:
- Provides basic technical assistance to users or customers.
- Performs routine system maintenance and updates.
- Monitors system performance and escalates issues.
- Responds to support tickets and resolves common and uncommon issues independently, or more complex issues under guidance.
