Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 负责Android系统及应用核心场景的性能优化工作，包括应用启动速度、UI渲染流畅度、触控响应时延及内存占用等关键指标的提升。

2. 定位并解决卡顿、掉帧、ANR、内存泄漏以及高负载场景下性能退化等典型性能问题。

3. 基于性能分析工具和监控数据，开展应用层至系统层的性能诊断与根因分析，持续推动性能优化方案落地。

4. 结合业务场景和产品需求，制定并实施系统化性能优化策略，提升终端设备整体使用体验。

岗位要求：

1. 具备Android领域性能优化经验，深入理解Android系统架构，熟悉AMS、WMS、Binder、SurfaceFlinger、ART虚拟机等核心模块原理。

2. 熟悉Linux内核相关机制，包括进程调度（CFS）、内存管理（回收与压缩）、文件系统以及CPU/GPU动态调频策略等。

3. 熟练使用Perfetto、Systrace、ftrace、Simpleperf、MAT等性能分析工具，具备从应用层到内核层的性能问题定位与分析能力。

4. 具备Android手机或平板设备性能调优经验者优先。

5. 熟悉主流移动平台架构及性能特性者优先，包括高通87xx、88xx、86xx系列以及MTK 24M/25M、24E、25P等平台。
