Job Description

The Analyst will support CEMEA Commercial Effectiveness team in driving business growth through data-driven insights, performance tracking, reporting, and commercial analytics. The role will help identify opportunities to improve revenue performance, market share, portfolio yield, and seller productivity by converting data into clear, actionable insights for business teams.

This role will play an important part in strengthening CEMEA's decision intelligence ecosystem by supporting dashboard development, performance reporting, data analysis, automation, and adoption of GenAI-enabled workflows. Success in this role will be defined by strong analytical execution, attention to detail, ability to simplify complex data, and consistent delivery of high-quality insights that support commercial priorities across the region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support analysis to identify revenue growth opportunities, portfolio performance trends, market share movements, yield improvement areas, and commercial productivity opportunities across CEMEA.

  • Conduct analysis across markets, clients, portfolios, and deal performance to help business teams understand performance drivers and areas requiring action.

  • Translate complex datasets into simple, structured, and business-ready insights.

  • Leverage GenAI platforms to accelerate analysis, streamline reporting, improve productivity, and reduce manual effort. Proactively identify opportunities to embed AI-powered workflows into day-to-day processes, enabling faster insight generation and enhanced commercial decision-making.

  • Transform complex data, analytics, and business insights into compelling executive-ready presentations, strategic narratives, and recommendations that influence decision-making by senior leadership.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Product, Finance, Strategy, Technology, and Analytics to gather inputs, validate data, and support execution.

  • Support documentation of frameworks, methodologies, and repeatable analytical approaches that can scale across CEMEA markets.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

  • Experience in BFSI, consulting, sales operations, strategy, business analytics, commercial analytics, or a related field.

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large and alternate datasets, identify patterns, draw insights, and develop data-driven recommendations.

  • Demonstrated experience using GenAI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Power BI Copilot, or similar) to improve analytical productivity and automate business workflows.

  • Strong prompt engineering and AI-assisted problem-solving skills with the ability to identify practical use cases that drive measurable business impact.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with hands-on experience in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar analytics and visualization tools.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse business audiences.

  • Experience creating executive presentations, strategy decks, leadership updates, or client-facing materials that effectively communicate analytical insights and recommendations.

  • Ability to transform complex data, analytics, and business insights into compelling executive-ready presentations, strategic narratives, and recommendations for senior leadership.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work independently, and take ownership of deliverables from problem definition through execution.

  • Prior experience in a leading management consulting firm or analytics consulting environment will be considered a strong advantage.
