Amazon Key is building an infrastructure-agnostic access layer for the housing sector that overlays intelligent keyless access onto existing electrical systems for communal entrance without replacing what is already installed. For contractors and staff who work across multiple buildings and portfolios, it replaces fragmented keys, codes and sign-in processes with a single seamless UX on their phone. For property teams, it creates a centralized process, with tamper-proof audit trails that becomes the one system of record for every non-resident entry, every day. For delivery drivers, it grants secure, time-bound access to communal entrances so parcels arrive safely inside the building instead of being left exposed or bounced back as failed deliveries; no keys, fobs or resident buzz-in required. We have a proven product and now we need an engine: a repeatable, instrumented, signal-driven machine that finds the right accounts, reaches the right decision-makers with the right message at the right moment, and hands Sales a warm, qualified, prioritized queue every single day.
We are looking for a B2B Growth marketer to design, build, and own that engine. This is a founding, high-ownership role that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations. You will treat go-to-market like software: define the signals that indicate a housing provider is ready to buy, build the enrichment and outbound workflows that act on those signals, wire them into the CRM, measure conversion at every stage.
You will be the technical architect of lead generation, outbound, and signal detection for Amazon Key across the.
This role is highly cross-functional.

Key job responsibilities
  • Design the signal layer. Define and codify the buying signals that indicate an housing provider is in-market. Build the pipelines that detect them continuously.
  • Build the lead-gen engine end-to-end. Own sourcing → enrichment → scoring → routing → sequencing → attribution as a versioned, monitored system. Turn target-account lists into instrumented outbound programs.
  • Automate enrichment and data quality: Build data extraction and scraping flows from scratch. Stand up custom web-scraping and data-extraction pipelines where no clean source exists, feeding them into enrichment so target lists are built, not bought.
  • Generate account-specific outreach at scale. Build AI-assisted systems that produce personalized, on-message outreach for named accounts and multi-channel cadences with strong deliverability hygiene.
  • Instrument and report conversion. Define the funnel metrics (reply rate, meeting rate, pilot rate, stage conversion, time-to-money) and build the dashboards that feed conversion heartbeat.
  • Integrate the GTM stack.
  • Run experiments like an engineer. Ship, measure, iterate, and deprecate.
  • Read the commercial picture, not just the tech. You understand how a housing deal actually gets won, where demand comes from, how a prospect moves from first touch to signature, and which numbers predict revenue. That lets you decide what to build and what to drop based on impact on the funnel, so the engine is judged by deals closed, not workflows shipped.
  • Run your own show end to end. Give you a problem and a goal, not a spec, and you'll scope it, build a first version, put it in front of users, and keep refining until it holds up in production. You chase down what's broken yourself, close your own knowledge gaps, and carry a problem all the way to a working result rather than handing it off half-solved.
