Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities
- Continuously identify, prioritize and analyze high-value AI optimization opportunities and operational pain points across function team, conduct in-depth stakeholder requirement research and alignment to accurately capture business needs for solution design
- Design scalable, standardized business solutions leveraging enterprise-approved LLM and AI tools to align with long-term operational optimization goals.
- Conduct feasibility assessment and business case analysis, quantify efficiency and cost-saving benefits, and deliver standardized solution deliverables for internal alignment.
- Build and verify solution prototypes via POC testing, iterate solutions based on business feedback, and ensure reliable tool deployment and practical applicability.
- Own full lifecycle management of internal AI solutions, covering continuous capability optimization, risk control and reusable AI asset standardization.
- Track cutting-edge AI industry trends and best practices, introduce mature AI capabilities, and drive sustained digital and operational efficiency improvement.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment, promote AI tool adoption and internal capability building, and scale proven AI solutions across global teams.
Job Requirements：
- Possess relevant experience in business requirement analysis and solution design; able to identify AI implementation opportunities based on business scenarios, with familiarity in the application of LLMs and various AI tools.
- Have experience in POC solution implementation, prototype validation, and project promotion; demonstrate proficiency in benefit quantification analysis and the ability to independently deliver complete solution materials.
- Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills; adept at aligning multi-stakeholder needs, with practical experience in driving cross-team project implementation and large-scale solution promotion.
