Description and Requirements

一、岗位职责

1、负责联想天禧AI软件核心业务功能开发、版本迭代与性能优化，输出高质量可上线代码，保障功能稳定交付。

2、负责Agent、Prompt、Skill的开发、优化和效果调优。

3、协同前端完成联调、问题定位与BUG修复，推动业务体验优化。

4、负责线上接口服务运维、状态监控、故障排查与性能优化，保障服务高稳定运行。

5、参与需求分析与架构设计，输出系统设计、接口等技术文档，规范研发流程。

二、岗位要求

1、计算机相关专业，3年以上互联网Java/Golang开发经验，具备独立业务开发与问题排查能力。

2、熟练使用MySQL、Redis、MongoDB，精通SQL编写、索引优化、慢查询治理及数据库性能调优，能解决各类业务数据并发与存储问题。

3、熟练掌握Spring、SpringBoot、SpringCloud、Dubbo、MyBatis等主流框架，熟悉微服务架构开发与服务治理。

4、掌握Golang/Java Web全栈开发，熟悉HTML、CSS、JavaScript、jQuery、Bootstrap等前端技术，可独立完成前后端联调与功能适配。
