Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

• 基于 Java/SpringBoot 进行企业级后端服务开发，负责核心业务模块的设计、编码、联调与上线
• 参与现有系统的 API 化改造与现代化迁移，推进系统架构向 AI 可集成方向演进
• 将 AI/ML 模型能力集成至企业供应链应用系统，完成端到端功能交付
• 参与外部客户项目的系统开发、测试与上线支持，能够直接与业务方对接需求
• 持续跟踪 AI 工程化前沿技术，探索 LLM/Agent 在企业场景中的落地路径

岗位要求：

1. 熟练掌握 Java 编程语言及 SpringBoot 框架，具备扎实的企业级后端服务开发经验，能够独立完成核心模块开发。
2. 具备系统 API 化改造、架构迁移相关项目经验，了解系统现代化演进的主流方案与实践方法。
3. 熟悉 AI/ML 模型集成相关技术，具备将算法模型落地至业务系统的实际项目经验，了解企业供应链业务场景者优先。
4. 具备良好的需求对接与沟通协调能力，能够快速理解业务诉求并转化为技术实现方案，适配外部客户项目的协作模式。
5. 关注 AI 工程化前沿技术，对 LLM/Agent 等新兴技术有一定了解，具备较强的技术探索精神与学习能力。
