Description and Requirements

岗位职责

1. 负责本地端侧 Agent 智能体引擎开发，实现会话管理、工具调用、任务规划及多轮上下文管理；
2. 搭建 Agent 工具网关，对接文件检索、媒体查询、设备控制、RAG 知识库等内置工具；
3. 设计与实现本地 RAG 链路，包括文档解析、向量化检索、上下文召回及 Prompt 编排；
4. 对接 LLM 大模型，完成对话流程编排、输出解析、停止词控制及会话生命周期管理；
5. 结合 NAS 场景，落地相册问答、媒体创作、设备控制等 AI 智能交互能力；
6. 持续优化 Agent 响应链路、异常容错机制及多任务并发处理能力。

岗位要求

1. 本科及以上学历；
2. 具备 2~3 年后端或 AI 应用开发经验，熟练掌握 Python、C++、Go 中至少一种开发语言；
3. 深入理解大模型应用、Agent 框架、Function Calling 及 RAG 实现原理；
4. 具备向量数据库、本地知识库及端侧大模型落地实战经验者优先；
5. 熟悉 Linux 开发环境，能够与推理层及后端团队协同完成联调工作；
6. 具备智能体、本地 NAS 或私有云 AI 产品开发经验者优先。
