Description and Requirements

The AI Solution Delivery Lead is accountable for the on-time, secure, and successful delivery of AI agent solutions into production. This role manages the delivery lifecycle, enforces strict security and compliance controls, and serves as the primary liaison with DT/IT, Legal, and Security. The focus is on predictable, high-quality execution that manages risk and delivers value.

Job Responsibilities:

1、End-to-End Delivery Management: Oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of high-priority agent projects. Manage project timelines, resources, funding allocation, and cross-project dependencies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

2、DT/IT Liaison & Integration: Act as the primary point of contact for all engagements with DT/IT. Facilitates requirements communications for APIs, data and integration with enterprise systems.

3、Security, Legal & Compliance Gatekeeping: Integrate security, legal, and Responsible AI (RAI) reviews into the delivery pipeline. Ensure all solutions pass mandatory security assessments, privacy reviews, and ethical AI checks before deployment.

4、Delivery Excellence & Process Improvement: Define and implement robust delivery processes, including funding, pipelines, quality gates, and scaling readiness reviews.

5、Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, log, and mitigate project risks (technical, operational, regulatory). Lead incident response planning and post-mortem analyses for delivery-related issues

Job Qualifications:

1、Expertise in Agile/Scrum, and project management tools.

2、Solid understanding of RAI fundamentals, software compliance, and IT governance.

3、Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills to manage dependencies across multiple teams.

4、Strong problem-solving skills and a calm demeanor under pressure.

5、Familiarity with AI-specific risks and mitigation strategies.
