Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1、负责笔记本电脑产品的系统架构设计与优化，制定整体技术方案，确保产品满足业务需求、用户体验目标及行业标准。

2、主导系统需求分析工作，组织技术方案评审，输出系统设计方案及相关技术规格文档。

3、负责系统设计过程中关键技术问题的识别、分析与解决，推动技术方案持续优化。

4、全面负责笔记本电脑研发项目的技术管理与项目管理工作，保障项目按计划、高质量推进。

5、与市场及产品团队紧密协作，深入理解用户需求和业务目标，并将需求转化为可落地的技术实现方案。

6、组织并推动不同技术路线和系统方案的评估与选型，从性能、成本、风险及可扩展性等维度确定解决方案。

7、协调硬件、软件、测试等相关团队资源，推动跨部门协作，确保项目顺利交付。

8、持续跟踪行业技术发展趋势，推动系统架构及产品技术能力的持续演进与创新。

岗位要求：

1、具备计算机、电子工程、通信工程、自动化或相关领域专业背景，拥有扎实的系统架构与产品开发基础。

2、具备笔记本电脑或相关智能终端产品研发经验，熟悉产品开发流程及关键技术环节。

3、具备系统架构设计能力，能够独立完成需求分析、技术方案设计及架构规划工作。

4、熟悉笔记本电脑硬件与软件系统架构，能够从整体视角推动系统优化与技术决策。

5、具备较强的技术方案评估与选型能力，能够平衡性能、成本、质量及项目风险等多方面因素。

6、具备项目管理经验，能够有效协调资源并推动复杂项目按计划落地。

7、具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力，能够快速定位并推动解决产品研发过程中的技术问题。

8、具备良好的跨团队沟通与协作能力，能够高效联动产品、市场、研发及测试团队共同达成项目目标。

9、具备较强的业务理解能力和客户需求洞察能力，能够将业务需求有效转化为技术方案。

10、关注行业技术发展趋势，具备持续学习和推动技术创新的能力。
