Description and Requirements
Lead the engineering implementation of core agent capabilities on the device side.
Advance task orchestration, tool invocation, memory management, context control, and multi-scenario integration.
Explore the extension of agent capabilities from screen manipulation to device control.
Support key business initiatives from PoC to large-scale deployment.
Requirements
Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
4+ years of relevant experience.
Proficient in LLM/Agent application development, prompt engineering, and workflow design.
Familiar with the MCP protocol, skill registration mechanisms, function calling, and the ReAct pattern.
Knowledge of mainstream agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, etc.).
Experience with on-device or mobile engineering, with the ability to independently drive the implementation of complex agent functionalities, as well as performance and stability optimization.
