Description and Requirements
1. Lead the integration of hardware, firmware, and software to deliver complete system solutions.
2. Oversee system validation and optimization to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
3. Experience in server product hardware design, x86, Intel/AMD, or ARM-based server platforms. Emerging tech. such as CXL, liquid fooling interfaces, AI accelerators.
4. Familiar with server product architecture and possess practical experience in hardware engineering design; experience in independent product design is preferred.
5. Responsible for system hardware design, functional verification, test fixture development, system and motherboard development documentation writing, and problem solving, depending on the assigned function or project.
6. Collaborate across departments to resolve hardware and software issues at each stage of product development, such as trial production, demonstration, and mass production, to facilitate product mass production and sales.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with Mechanical Engineers (for cooling/fit), Firmware Engineers (for BIOS/BMC), and Signal Integrity Specialists.
