Description

This role will support the leader of Global Marketing Strategy at Apple TV and be a critical part of the overall marketing team. The highly motivated, well-organized candidate will be responsible for managing the calendar, helping prepare presentations and supporting the leader in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the leader's calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones, and handling communications across multiple platforms.
  • Support day-to-day needs of the Marketing Strategy Leader to ensure the business and executive is as productive as possible by effectively managing their time to have the greatest impact.
  • Book and maintain complex travel schedules, domestic & international and process expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with other administrative professionals across the organization on events and team meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between your executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6-8 years + Administrative Assistant experience supporting Senior Level Executives.
  • Efficient with Apple Software Tools: iCal, Keynote, Mail; bonus if experienced with PIX or Flow Capture
  • Ability and experience in supporting executive level staff across a global business (daily schedules, travel, expenses, task management, facilities, conferencing, purchasing and day to day operations of their team)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
  • Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Experience working at an entertainment network or studio with executives, producers, talent representatives, and creative teams is preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and working under pressure
  • Manage all facility related requests, working cross functionally with the Facilities team and building representatives
  • Prior experience supporting a senior executive in a publicity, communications or marketing department in television, film or for a talent agency preferred.
  • Existing knowledge of Apple - either corporate or retail
