Your Impact
- Drive license, support, and service revenue growth across enterprise accounts in Catalonia and eastern Spain.
- Build comprehensive account plans to manage complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities that increase customer value and market penetration.
- Defend renewals within competitive installed bases while simultaneously identifying opportunities for expansion and growth.
- Negotiate pricing and business terms for large enterprises by clearly articulating value propositions and return on investment.
- Collaborate with partners, MSSPs, sales engineering, and internal teams to increase deal effectiveness and expand total deal size.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience in Spain, with a proven record of quota attainment.
- Proven track record defending renewals in a competitive installed base, not only driving new logo acquisition.
- Experience selling cybersecurity, observability, data platform, or infrastructure software; SIEM, SOC, or observability experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with complex enterprise sales involving formal procurement processes, including public sector tenders.
- Proficiency in a structured sales methodology such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
- Proficiency in Spanish and Catalan, with professional proficiency in English.
- Based in Barcelona or nearby.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time for customer engagements and internal meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to thrive and scale operations within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Existing CISO and CIO relationships in Catalonia and eastern Spain.
- Experience co-selling with partners and MSSPs, including Telefónica Tech, GMV, EY, SIRT, Nunsys, and global systems integrators.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence and engage senior-level customer stakeholders.
- Exceptional forecasting accuracy with a consistent track record of meeting commitments.
- Outstanding written communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to drive collaborative outcomes.
- Proven self-starter with the ability to work effectively across internal teams, partners, and customer stakeholders.
