Manufacturing Operations Supply Program Manager
Lead coordination and resolution of OSAT production site issues to ensure operational continuity.
Drive WIP management and build plan execution to ensure on time delivery and production alignment
Execute customer and loading priorities to support business commitments
Monitor site output vs build plans and lead recovery actions for gaps
Identify and resolve site constraints to sustain production throughput.
Point of escalation for delivery misses, yield issues, capacity breakdown.
Monitor and optimize end to end cycle time.
Manage inter-organizations and material movements
Issue assembly/test build instructions to manufacturing
Minimum requirements:
- Extensive Industry Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience within Supply Chain management. You should have a proven track record in Manufacturing Operations, Production Planning, Supply Planning, and Capacity Planning. Direct experience within the semiconductor industry, is highly preferred.
- Analytical Excellence: A data-driven and process-oriented mindset is essential. You are expected to leverage complex data sets to identify trends, mitigate risks, and streamline production operations.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional proficiency in English is required to facilitate clear, effective communication across our global and local cross-functional teams.
- Collaborative Spirit: We value team players who can work harmoniously with internal stakeholders to achieve collective goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Location: Candidates must be based in, or willing to travel to Kaohsiung or Taichung area to support our site operations.
