A strategic partner to a senior Meta leader and their organization, the Business Lead maximizes the leader's effectiveness and organizational capacity. This role is expected to drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and ensure preparedness for key decisions. The Lead also oversees critical strategic projects and manages broader org operations. This high-autonomy role requires strategic influence and people management at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Leadership Enablement: Streamline processes, simplify communication, oversee decision making, and drive projects aligned with top priorities. Translate vision into strategy. Operational Excellence: Own operational artifacts, establish the rhythm of business, and run high-priority meetings end-to-end, up to Meta’s board of directors, and senior leadership. Program & Partnership Leadership: Lead scaled programs (industry/partnerships), manage financial and people operations, reporting, and oversee compliance processes. Review & Communication: Lead decision making , up to senior company leadership with flawless execution, develop content for Meta's most senior leaders, and set strategy for org-wide communications. Community & People Management: Serve as a thought leader for Horizon’s leadership team, drive org-wide culture initiatives, and manage other roles within the Executive Business Operations job profile. Biz Ops Manager Oversight: Oversee the Biz Ops Manager responsible for the planning cycle, enabling efficiency, influencing internal comms strategy, managing internal communications (All Hands, Q&A), leading special programs.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience working with senior leaders in fast-paced, complex environments, with a proven track record of operational excellence and strategic impact Strong operational acumen, exceptional communication, organization, and program management skills Experience leading cross-functional programs and managing direct reports Ability to balance strategic and tactical priorities with a bias for flawless execution Demonstrated ability to build strong internal communities

Compensation: $223,000/year to $287,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
