As a Technical Program Manager, you will work with architects, planners, product managers, and PMs across the Client Computing Group (CCG), the Software AI Group (SAI), and Platform Engineering Group (PEG) to define the CSE Teams platform software ecosystem enabling strategy and business plan resulting in game-changing customer value and experiences on Intel client platforms and graphics products.
The Technical Program Manager will:
- Deliver a comprehensive software ecosystem pre-enabling plan and strategy for the next generation platforms that encompass all software dependencies including but not limited to BIOS, OS, drivers, SDKs, and tools across different CCG, SAI, and PEG software teams.
- Identify, track and program-manage the various milestones and early research activities that are needed to ensure successful alignment of key deliverables for next generation platform software ecosystem enablement.
- Run map-days with teams to develop work-back schedules from platform launch dates, and partner with cross-CCG/SATG orgs to drive commits to these schedules, one to two years prior to platform launch.
- Partner effectively with the platform PSP WG / PSXT efforts to track key Gladius milestones and related tasks/deliverables that impact SW ecosystem enabling.
- Partner with cross CCG, SAI and PEG teams and CCG Mobile, Desktop, and Graphic teams to comprehend strategic priorities and program interdependencies, and develop the SW enabling plans.
- Run cross organizational software workgroups and task forces as needed to aggressively drive results. Map out user experiences to platform capabilities and enabling strategies and bake those into the enabling business plan.
- Partner with CCG Account Management and Application Engineering teams to drive the enabling plan execution efforts, with close tracking of usages, experiences and enabling targets for key launch and event milestones.
- You will ensure there is a clear market and business driven return on investment (ROI) for all software enabling plans and drive the Plan of Record (POR) process through key stakeholder reviews and management reviews.
- Provide weekly and monthly updates of program status and dashboards to senior management, with focused action plans to address any program risks, opens, and dependencies.

· Willingness to thrive in high stress, ambiguous environments, to climb very steep learning curves and rapidly distinguish what is important from what is not important.
This position does not qualify for Intel Sponsorship because it is either (1) a non-STEM contributing position, or (2) a STEM position that only requires a bachelor’s degree and less than three years' experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
What we need to see (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years’ experience in the software or semiconductor industry.
- 2+ years of planning or strategy experience with client platforms and architecture.
- 2+ years’ experience developing product focused business plans or MRDs.
How to Stand Out (Preferred qualifications):
- 10+ years’ experience in the software or semiconductor industry, with a minimum of 5 years of planning or strategy experience with client platforms and architecture.
- Familiarity with silicon and platform planning / gladius processes preferred.
- Experience that includes Software Enablement highly desired.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $120,320.00-200,560.00 USDThe range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
