About the Role:

CrowdStrike's AI Detection and Response (AIDR) product line is at the forefront of securing enterprise AI. As organizations deploy increasingly autonomous AI agents and agentic workflows, they face entirely new security challenges. AIDR is building the comprehensive security platform for this emerging threat landscape. Join us in defining what agentic security means and building the products that will protect the next generation of AI systems.

We're seeking a visionary Product Manager to define and build the future of Agentic Security. This is a ground-floor opportunity to create an entirely new product category at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity. You'll be responsible for building a comprehensive vision for securing AI agents, autonomous systems, and agentic workflows across enterprise environments utilizing various capabilities within the CrowdStrike product line.

This role requires equal parts strategic vision and tactical execution. You'll research emerging technologies, define long-term product strategy, and deliver capabilities that address critical customer security needs. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and wants to build something entirely new.

What You’ll Do:

Agentic Security Vision & Strategy

  • Define and own the comprehensive product vision for securing AI agents and autonomous AI systems

  • Build strategy across the full spectrum of agentic security capabilities including:

    • Discovery and visibility of AI agents across enterprise environments

    • Monitoring and observability of agentic workflows and autonomous operations

    • Security controls and guardrails for AI agent behavior

    • Identity, access, and authorization frameworks for autonomous AI systems and agents

    • Risk assessment and behavioral analytics for agent activities

  • Develop multi-year roadmap balancing innovation with practical customer needs

  • Research emerging agentic AI technologies and translate into product requirements

  • Position agentic security capabilities in the market and with industry analysts

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML, or emerging technology domains

  • Strong understanding of AI agents, large language models, and autonomous AI systems

  • Technical background with ability to understand complex AI architectures and security implications

  • Experience building products in ambiguous, fast-moving technology environments

  • Proven ability to define product vision and translate into executable roadmaps

  • Track record of working effectively with engineering teams on novel technical challenges

  • Strong research and analytical skills to evaluate emerging technologies and market trends

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences

Bonus Points:

  • Technical expertise in AI security, application security, and identity and access management

  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks, autonomous systems, and AI orchestration platforms

  • Understanding of LLM security challenges and AI-specific attack vectors

  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, responsible AI, or model risk management

  • Experience in developer-focused or platform security products

  • Knowledge of enterprise security architectures and zero-trust principles

  • Understanding of regulatory landscape for AI systems

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $140,000 - $215,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
