We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to own the strategic and operational relationship with one of our largest semiconductor equipment manufacturers. As the primary interface between our fab network and the supplier, you will drive commercial negotiations, cost/performance improvements, and align our technology and capacity roadmaps. This role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Capital Procurement to deliver business outcomes that enable new capabilities and predictable fab operations at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Relationship Management: Serve as the leader for a top-tier equipment supplier, facilitating executive business reviews and managing strategic supplier relations.
- Technology and Capacity Alignment: Coordinate with engineering teams and suppliers on tool selection, upgrades, and lifecycle planning.
- Performance Management: Define and track KPIs, drive corrective actions, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Commercial Negotiations: Lead pricing, terms, and long-term supply arrangements, ensuring compliance and leveraging market dynamics.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive clarity in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Data-Driven Management: Use analytics to anticipate constraints and inform trade-off decisions.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to company policies and contractual obligations.
- People Management: Inspire and develop team capabilities, ensuring a productive work environment.

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, business, STEM or related field.
5+ years of experience in supplier management, strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain operations-preferably in high-tech manufacturing or semiconductor equipment or working in manufacturing processes, capital equipment lifecycles, and supplier performance management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in engineering, business administration (MBA), supply chain, STEM or a related discipline.
5+ years of direct experience working with:
Semiconductor fab equipment suppliers (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition, metrology).
Managing long-term supplier partnerships, cost reduction programs, and supply continuity strategies.
Technical roadmaps, equipment qualification processes, and capital project planning in semiconductor fabs.
Supporting or leading escalations, risk mitigation activities, and executive level supplier business reviews

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $128,080.00-254,320.00 USDThe range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
