Job Description: 

As a NPI integrator, you will play a vital role in driving the success of Intel's manufacturing and technology transfer operations. In this position, you will define new product landing plan and establish methodologies that ensure seamless technology transfers and process integration, enabling Intel to deliver innovative solutions to the market. You will be at the forefront during NPI phase, improving quality, defect management, and yield performance as well as transition to high-volume manufacturing. Your contributions will directly impact Intel's ability to achieve its milestones, meet quality standards, and deliver exceptional products. Key Responsibilities - Define roadmaps to meet requirements, milestones, and goals for incoming technology transfers. - Develop and establish workflows, procedures, and equipment configurations for module integration. - Extract insights from structured and unstructured data sets using statistical methods, machine learning, and coding techniques such as SQL and Python. - Drive low yield analysis and improvement activities by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. - Lead continuous improvement programs to address and prevent quality, line yield, and product yield excursions. - Perform quality and reliability risk assessments for manufacturing materials and process changes. - Ensure system, process, and material readiness for new product and technology introductions. - Manage sample build planning and deliverables to meet client and organizational needs. - Act as a key interface to cross-functional teams, including development teams, virtual factories, and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or a Master's degree in Engineering, or a related field.

  • Have minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

  • Good English communication.

  • Proven strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledgeable in structured problem solving method, data driven mindset.

  • Proficiency with data mining & visualization methods.

  • Strong foundation in Shop Floor execution, Module integration background will be a plus for candidates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in data mining, visualization methods, or AI/ML application.

  • Background in production floor operations, module integration, or related environments.

  • Knowledge of silicon-to-electronics packaging interactions or similar technical fields.

  • A passion for problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement.
