Product Manager - Growth & Monetization
Description
The APAC Product team is responsible for defining a new model of building, launching, and scaling commercial solutions leveraging close proximity to markets and best-in-class partnerships with our business teams. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a proven strengths and track record in working across many cross-functional stakeholder teams as well as product areas. This role will need to be self-driven, requires a passion for the unique markets in the APAC region, and the capacity to establish effective relationships across key teams in the US.
Responsibilities
Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products Understand Facebook’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as best in industry Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and innovative solutions are the norm
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in building software products as a product manager or product owner 10+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams BA or BS in Computer Science or related field Experience navigating through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution Experience using data to solve business problems Communication and presentation experience Experience with product growth and multi-channel marketing Experience with building consumer or enterprise AI product at large scale Experience with building 0->1 and scaling monetization products Experience with vibe coding and agentic product development workflows
