Account Manager, TMEGS (Telco, Media, Entertainment, Software & Internet)
As an Account Manager at AWS, you will drive cloud adoption across Thailand's Fintech and Gaming sectors. This strategic role offers the opportunity to shape emerging technology adoption while building partnerships with industry-leading organizations. You'll serve as the primary AWS relationship owner for a portfolio of strategic customers, acting as trusted advisor from technical teams to C-suite executives.
You'll own the complete customer relationship, understanding business objectives and mapping them to AWS cloud solutions. Your work directly influences how Thailand's innovative companies leverage cloud technology to transform operations, scale platforms, and deliver exceptional experiences. Navigate complex organizations to identify opportunities where AWS services solve business challenges—from scalable gaming infrastructure handling millions of concurrent players to secure, compliant Fintech platforms processing real-time transactions.
Beyond traditional account management, you'll act as strategic business partner understanding industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies. Collaborate with Solutions Architects on technical designs, Partner teams to leverage the AWS ecosystem, and serve as customer advocate within AWS, ensuring their feedback influences product development.

- Strategic Account Management: Own and grow a portfolio of Fintech and Gaming accounts across Thailand, driving cloud adoption and expanding AWS market penetration
- Revenue Growth: Deliver consistent results by identifying opportunities, developing account strategies, and achieving revenue targets
- Executive Engagement: Build and maintain C-level relationships, articulating AWS value propositions and aligning cloud solutions with business objectives
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate internal AWS teams (Solutions Architects, Technical Account Managers, Partner teams) and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive customer solutions
- Market Development: Contribute to establishing AWS as the preferred cloud infrastructure partner for Fintech and Gaming industries in Thailand
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within AWS, ensuring customer needs drive product and service improvements

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of high tech sales and business development experience
- Direct field & account management, sales experience working with mid-size enterprise and/or SMB accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- Strong technical competencies in the areas of cloud computing, SOA, web services and enterprise software.
- A strong understanding of AWS and/or technology as a service would be preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing strategic accounts and working with multiple business units and technology teams
- Experience in driving the adoption of new technologies and solutions
- AI/ML Expertise: Understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in Fintech and Gaming, including generative AI use cases, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation
- Industry certifications or deep domain knowledge in Fintech (payments, digital banking, regulatory compliance) or Gaming (game development, live operations, player analytics)
