The US base salary range for this full-time position is $177,000-$263,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of technical analysts to ensure the delivery of analytics and technical infrastructure to power the global YouTube partner manager incentives infrastructure.
  • Own the strategy for incentives development, delivering engaging road maps and executive communications to align leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product Activation, and Analytics teams to ensure the seamless delivery and integration of technical solutions.
  • Oversee the full development life cycle from initial prototyping to launch and maintenance, serving as a "player-coach".
  • Advocate industry best practices across the technical community, driving advancements in AI-driven workflows, data modeling, and code review while leading continuous internal process improvements.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in designing and building technical systems that utilize relational databases (e.g., SQL) and programming in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • 2 years of experience in people management.
  • 2 years of experience in managing projects and presenting to the stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience delivering impact in technical roles.
  • Experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or similar.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment across multiple teams, including Product and Engineering teams.
  • Ability to formulate data-driven proposals along with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
