Job Description: 

We are working on next generation test automation framework to streamline development and validation processes for the GPU Software Engineering organization (delivering Intel Graphics).

As a member of our Team you will have a chance to learn by practice, by participating in:

  • developing, debugging and improving tools to automate graphics driver validation
  • evaluating and optimizing business processes that leverage these tools.


We are applying continuous integration methodologies, advanced virtualization technologies, top source control management techniques, and advanced infrastructure methodologies.

You will participate in the software development lifecycle, contributing to system modifications and feature delivery. You will be a part of team of skilled developers who work with backend technologies like python, Kubernetes, docker.

We will provide you with all necessary equipment in advance of your first day, the support of your personal buddy, and everything you need to get started.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in Engineering or a related field of study (student status required)
  • Minimum 2 years until graduation (preferred)
  • Eager to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to process improvements
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Capable of analyzing technical solutions and contributing to architectural discussions within the team - Key requirement
  • Knowledge of scripting languages sufficient to navigate large-scale codebases (Python 3.x preferred) - Key requirement
  • Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Kubernetes

The Software Team drives customer value by enabling differentiated experiences through leadership AI technologies and foundational software stacks, products, and services. The group is responsible for developing the holistic strategy for client and data center software in collaboration with OSVs, ISVs, developers, partners and OEMs. The group delivers specialized NPU IP to enable the AI PC and GPU IP to support all of Intel's market segments. The group also has HW and SW engineering experts responsible for delivering IP, SOCs, runtimes, and platforms to support the CPU and GPU/accelerator roadmap, inclusive of integrated and discrete graphics.
