Description
Meta is looking for a Team Lead in the ANZ Mid Market business, leading the Activate team to deliver outstanding sales performance through customer growth. Reporting to the Director for Mid Market ANZ, you will play a key role in shaping market strategy and executing team initiatives. You will be responsible for building and nurturing a high-performing team, while collaborating with cross-functional partners across Meta to enhance the client experience. A passion for revenue growth, expertise in sales operations, and the ability to represent Meta both internally and externally are essential. Success in this role demands sharp analytical abilities, a commitment to client service, and the agility to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position is based in our Singapore APAC head office, with a focus on driving growth and supporting clients in Australia and New Zealand.
Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing team who work with client and agencies to drive sales outcomes Establish team goals and work with direct reports on strategies for executing, measuring and sharing results, in partnership with the market lead Team development including recruiting, training, mentorship and career guidance Develop and lead strategic programs to grow the business, in partnership with the market sales manager Provide business analytic insight to help facilitate initiatives critical to ongoing growth at market and regional levels Drive overall operational efficiency across sales and business operations Co-pitch and be a part of key accounts as a lead Meta representative Partner with cross functional teams to develop strategy and drive client led execution that delivers revenue outcomes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree 8+ years experience in online media sales, agency, online advertising and marketing experience 3+ years experience in people management, coaching and inspiring others or taking on leadership responsibilities via community building Ability to provide hands on sales coaching Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and demonstrated experience dealing with ambiguity Exceptional ability to priorities and focus on driving growth Understanding about the advertising market landscape in Australia and New Zealand The ideal candidate brings proven leadership skills, a talent for coaching and motivating others, and a strong track record of operational excellence
