Project Manager, Content and Integrity Operations

Problem Integrity Operations aims to create a safe, inclusive environment for the people building community on our platforms by understanding the impacts of global and local trends and addressing and preventing negative experiences. We are seeking an experienced Program manager who wants to work on mitigating real world harm and protecting our community to join the Paid & Brand Harms Integrity Operations Team, specifically our high prevalence problem space for Health and Wellness. We count on program managers to deliver both qualitative and quantitative insight into user behavior in order to drive prevention and detection solutions at scale. By working cross-functionally, we identify and pursue areas for process and product improvement, enabling us to better protect our community at scale. And by focusing on decision quality, we ensure that we are held accountable for our actions. This role will work closely with partners across Product, Engineering, Policy, and other Meta teams to drive operational projects in a deadline-focused and demonstrated experience of trying new approaches, balancing risk and impact
Responsibilities
Build in-depth subject-matter knowledge in various integrity and support issues across Operations at Meta Create and modify data labels, ensuring compliance to all regulatory and legal requirements Ensure the quality of labeled data sets, ensuring alignment to Meta’s policies and/or support processes Partner with team members to improve processes and tools of the team’s labeling interfaces Analyze and audit data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operations Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threats Build cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and users Develop in-depth knowledge of the integrity issues and how they affect our community 40% of your bandwidth RCA and labelling jobs to certify and specialize within the Health and Wellness Policy. With the goal of providing insights that optimize protocols and tooling and overall human review, validate reviewer precision, and hold defined review workforces to high standards. This labelling will contribute to other critical operational priorities such as protocol simplification and experimentation and set the groundwork for LLM via Review 20% of your bandwidth in project management activities to launch new queues, protocols or processes for human review or lead initiatives to improve product and ops shared Key Performance Metrics 40% of your bandwidth on other runs of the business, specifically workflow management and escalation handling. You will meet weekly with highly specialized CW team, leading education/certification and vendor operations to identify improvements in scaled workflows, file HRPs for changes to UDTS/workflows, create new queues and workflows, and respond to high-priority issues to maintain compliance and operational stability within enforcement workflows. You own Quality for these teams end to end and build in-depth knowledge in the space. You have familiarity with automating and delivering on work goals leveraging AI tooling Navigating Ambiguity and problem solving: Proactive self identify gaps and provide recommendations for improvements or process simplification
Qualifications
3+ years of demonstrated experience delivering complex projects or process improvements Expertise in root cause analysis and generating actionable insights Operational Guideline Development: Expertise in defining, standardizing, and rolling out operational playbooks for complex use cases Data Calibration and Quality Assurance: Experience building calibration processes, validating data labeling accuracy, and ensuring ground-truth quality Training & Onboarding: Skill in designing and delivering onboarding programs for internal and external teams, especially in content moderation contexts Knowledge Management: Effective techniques for facilitating knowledge transfer, governance, and information management Tooling: Familiarity with leveraging AI tools Experience of effectively communicating new concepts and ideas to a broad range of partners and stakeholders, on a regular basis College experience Experience in a vendor labelling environment Experience in Trust & Safety or Integrity Operations roles Communication & Documentation: Proven experience with developing, creating, authoring draft guidelines, document processes, and convey complex processes to broad audiences
Compensation: $36.54/hour to $114,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
