About the team and the role:
eBay, Inc. seeks Manager, Program Management 3 in Moonachie, NJ
What you will accomplish:
Job Duties: Develop and manage a high level workback plan across vendors and contract strategy to lead domains toward long term strategy including achievements and workback planning. Develop long term authentication operations vision and strategy comprehensive of facilities, operations, finance and technology. Create achievements and workback plans to keep team on track to achieving longterm vision, working through approvals and projects as they arise. Develop executive materials and present on team progress to strategic vision. Obtain leadership approval of strategy through justification and presentations including detailed financial and market analyses. Lead a team of 2-3 teammates in supporting business function roles including business operations, strategy and planning. Maintain contracts for team and ensure all renewals and new contracts align to longterm vision. Distribute materials and storytelling for large executive approvals as needed across technology, operations, facilities and business functions pertaining to auth ops. Process design for special projects as they arise. Partial telecommuting permitted within a commutable distance.
What you will bring:
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business, Program Management, or a closely related field plus seven years of experience in the job offered or in a consulting/strategy/corporate development role.
Special Skill Requirements:
- Experience building detailed financial models in Excel to evaluate market size, cost reduction opportunities, and P&L impact (5 years).
- Experience performing advanced data analytics to deliver business critical insights and recommendations for decision making (5 years).
- Experience managing and leading teams to develop, deliver, and implement business strategies (3 years).
- Experience analyzing financial reporting, creating operational metrics, and making strategic decisions to optimize operating income (2 years).
- Experience using Tableau to analyze and visualize insights and reporting dashboards (2 years).
- Experience developing SQL queries on large datasets to extract relevant data, and draw insights and recommendations (1 year).
Salary: $150,301 - $205,000 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
